Terms & Conditions {ONE LOVE MATCHMAKING AGENCY}, herein after referred to as OLMA.


Member or client herein after, referred to as you/your/s.


These terms and conditions govern the sale and provision of our service and form the basis of the contract between OLMA and you. The price payable for the services is determined by the membership level you choose, and is inclusive of any applicable VAT. We will take payment for Gold or Platinum membership request, upon verbal or written confirmation of membership.

N.B. submitting personal profile in the form of a completed application form for Gold or Platinum membership, indicates order submitted. OLMA request and accept no liability for delayed services due to incorrect payment details received from you if paying by debit or credit card or if for any other reasons your payment has not been received. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the services from you, OLMA may refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further services. 


Membership Agreement

You are required to be unattached i.e. single and not in personal relationship, no longer living at the same address as a former partner and to provide us with true and accurate information relating to your personal circumstances. Whilst all our members for OLMA services are interviewed, and ID verified, we accept that information is given to us in good faith. OLMA will also verify the particulars of other members but cannot accept any liability for the validity of information provided. Your service may also include relationship coaching or other services associated with dating / matchmaking, as detailed in this Membership Agreement. You are entering into a contract based on these terms and conditions on the date we receive your first payment or upon confirmation of Silver Membership, notwithstanding whether you have signed an agreement. 

Your Service 

Your One Love Matchmaking Agency (OLMA) membership will commence following your consultation, therein dependant upon approval of your profile, I.D. verification, receipt of requested documents and payment (for Gold and Platinum membership). Written confirmation will be provided following any initial verbal confirmation. Your service may also include relationship coaching, guidance or other services associated with dating / matchmaking. If so, it is your responsibility to request we organise these services at a time convenient for you during your membership.

We will send recommendations and or advise you of suitable partner(s) matches on a one at a time basis whilst you are still seeking a partner. We will arrange a virtual online meeting if both members agree that they would like to meet virtually. Meetings will be coordinated by Aunty P’ who will carry out the initial introductions. Based on OLMA database we reserve the right and absolute discretion to make recommendation that we deem would be acceptable to you, notwithstanding that prospective partners may only match your partner preferences to a degree, as this approach is universally proven. The number of recommendations we can offer will depend upon your own characteristics and personal profile, and upon how narrow or otherwise you have stated your partner preferences. OLMA does not accept any liability or responsibility for the outcomes of our recommendations. 

Upon entering into a relationship with a partner whether through OLMA services or otherwise, you are obliged to inform OLMA either verbally or in writing. Upon receipt of such your OLMA services will be suspended and may be reactivated if you advise us that you are no longer in a relationship and where there is still service available within your membership term. As a courtesy to all members we will not offer you further recommendations when you have already accepted a recommendation from us and both parties involved agree to exchange contact information. It is your responsibility to let us know whenever you are again free to receive another recommendation. OLMA may include sourcing beyond our current membership through headhunting and some prospective partners we recommend to you may have been retained through these means. However, all those we recommend to you from whatever source, will first have been ID verified and interviewed 

Conduct requirements 

All members are required to adhere to high standards of conduct at all times, and therefore we ask that members behave appropriately, respectfully and courteously in all interactions with other members and with our staff. You agree not to: harass or cause a nuisance, inconvenience, distress or cause anxiety or violate the privacy of anyone we introduce you to, or to any employee or agent of OLMA or its subsidiary /associated companies; do anything which restricts or inhibits anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the services; do anything that deliberately or recklessly prejudices or damages the reputation of OLMA or any of its subsidiary /associated companies. If there is a problem with the services.

We are under a legal duty to supply services that are in conformity with this contract and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (the Act). 


You must not discuss or show any details of other members that we have supplied to you, to any other members or non-members at any time during or after your membership as this would be a violation of privacy. We will hold your details in the strictest confidence and abide by The Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. As our contract is with you our client, we can only discuss your membership with you personally and we will only share your contact details with others with your permission. You agree not to disclose the identity or personal information of any others we introduce you to, to anyone including any media outlets or share such information anywhere online or any website without the explicit permission of either OLMA or  the other party(s) concerned. You agree that we can share your data with 3rd parties for validation purposes and share data with other OLMA agencies we liaise with who also ID verify and interview members, solely for the purposes of our headhunting potential partners for you. Should your service include advertising, you agree we can share agreed information about you for the purposes of advertising for prospective partners for you. Please refer to our current Privacy Policy displayed on our website for further information on how we protect your data. 

Suspending Membership 

Should you experience the onset or exacerbation of a serious condition or suffer a serious injury, then at the discretion OLMA, our services may be suspended for up to six months if you let us know at the time of onset. Additionally, your service can be suspended by you if you enter into an relationship outside of OLMA services.  Periods of suspension are each for at least one month and it remains your responsibility to inform us if you would like to reactivate your service. If you have not responded to our communications or we are investigating some aspect of your membership, your service may also need to be suspended. If you are charged with a criminal offence your service will be suspended, awaiting outcome of any potential prosecution. In addition, in the unfortunate circumstance that you become mentally unstable, your service will also be suspended or terminated pending on the specific circumstance.


Terminating Membership 

We have the right to terminate your membership in the following circumstances where:

  • You have breached these terms and conditions.
  • You have failed to maintain contact with us or not responded to our contacts for a period of more than 6 months.
  • You have provided false information to us.
  • We have received a serious complaint about you which in the sole opinion of Aunty P’, is justified.
  • Your personal details or partner preferences have changed significantly. This would include but is not limited to: a change in your sexual orientation; the acquisition of a criminal record, or relocation or a change in your mental health and wellbeing, which would significantly adversely impact on our ability to deliver the service to you.


For the avoidance of any doubt, in the event of a termination of this contract no refund will be applicable unless we have breached these terms and conditions or your consumer rights. You will not be entitled to any refund for any other reasons other than your legal right to cancel within 14 days of when this contract commences, and this includes but is not limited to, the formation of a lasting relationship before the expiry date of your membership with us. This contract is for the maximum service term dependant  on your membership level, with no refund being applicable for early termination. 

Right to Cancel 

Your contract with us commences on the date that we receive your first payment or confirmation of Silver member from OLMA. The Consumer Contracts Regulations (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) 2013 apply and you have the legal right to cancel this contract for any reason within 14 days of the date that your contract commences, (the Cancellation Period). You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The Cancellation Period will expire after 14 days from the date that your contract commenced. These rights to cancel are not applicable to any leisure activities including events/holidays. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear written statement, by email to : prinnyblack@icloud.com or olma@confidential.life .

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. 

Effects of Cancellation 

Within the Cancellation Period if you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. If you require us to begin services within the Cancellation Period, we require you to make an express request to do so. In such cases, your right to cancel continues until either the end of the Cancellation Period, or the completion of the services, whichever is earlier. If you cancel during the cancellation period, we may charge you for any services provided up until the point when we receive your cancellation notice and will provide a partial and proportional refund accordingly.


We may assign this contract for operational reasons or in connection with a business transfer or reorganisation. Otherwise this contract is non-transferable. This contract is subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from this contract. If any provision shall be found by an English court to be unenforceable or invalid this shall not affect other provisions within this contract and all other provisions not affected will remain in full force and effect. Nothing in this agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer rights on any third party. Severability: if any provision in these terms and conditions is deemed to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid for any reason, it shall be deemed to have been struck out and the remaining provisions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable. Your use of our services is solely at your own risk and we do not accept any liability for any harm, loss, damage, claim or expense, whether direct or indirect and howsoever caused, arising out of your membership and/or your use of our services or reliance upon advice or information provided by OLMA. All warranties in respect of the service and /or such information, whether express or implied, are excluded.
